“Bharatiya Sugar” was established in 1975, by Late Hon’ble Jayajirao Shinde who inspired through Ex. Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Promoter of Co. Operative Movement, Late Hon’ble Vasantraodada Patilji. We are proud that he was our then Patron Member. “Bharatiya Sugar” is an organization who always tried to provide best of best knowledge to the Indian as well as International sugar industry, through our internationally well known English Journal, Bharatiya Sugar Symposium and Expo, Training Programs as well as we felicitate various Awards every year to encourage sugar industry and their technocrats.

Our slogan is “We are serving”, really our honest efforts and pleasure towards Indian Sugar sector and their ancillaries to provide a big platform in low cost to co. operative as well as private sector sugar mills and their technocrats to bring together under one roof. Keeping in mind the need of stronger network for sugar industry professionals, we introduced “Bharatiya Sugar Symposium and Expo” as well as “Bharatiya Sugar Awards” in 2013. India’s first and Unique common Platform for Co. operative and private sugar sector. It is an Only International Mega Award Platform for Sugar Industry. We “Bharatiya Sugar” are the “Knowledge and Training Providers” for Indian as well as International sugar industry and sugarcane agriculture sector.
